Crop

Sorry I've left it a bit late tonight,, got a bit carried away with watching tv! Well I havent got a card to show you today cause I want to tell you about a fab crop that I've been to today (along with 23 other people!). It is run by Eileen, Karen & Sheila and is held at Allhallows, Kent. We have spent the day chatting, drinking tea, eating scrummy cake (well it looked scrummy, unfortunately I can't eat it due to a food allergy), sharing ideas, and making the odd card or two! Karen holds a 'Make & Take' which many people took part in today and we have a monthly competition. This month it was an animal card and Val won it with her frog card. (She gets free entry to the crop next month). For next month's competition, due to it being the Royal Wedding, we need to design a wedding card.  We also had the pleasure of seeing Holly & Daisy today for a little while. They will probably write about the experience on their blog tomorrow and show you what they got up to!!
We also have a page (The Allhallows Croppers) on Facebook which can be found here and Eileen (our dear Leader as she is known) runs a card competition every month which anyone can join in with (even if you dont know us!). Please take a look as your chances of winning this month are very high as nobody has posted a pic of a card yet!!
Anyway I hope I havent bored you tonight, please visit again soon. Tomorrow there will be a card to see!
Bye for now

  2. Hi Angela
I sounds as if you had a great meeting. I haven't been to either of the clubs I started going to for a few months now due to ill health and other things getting in the way. Your posting has made me want to get out crafting again - maybe I'll make it next month!
I'm looking forward to reading your regular blog updates.
    Keep blogging,
    Katie x
