Wee Suzi from Wee Stamps

Today's card is one I made a little while ago and forgot to blog!! The image is Wee Suzi which can be purchased from Wee Stamps. The image was coloured with Promarkers and then mat and layered onto backing papers from Pink Petticoat which were a freebie with a magazine. Flowers are from Wild Orchid and the sentiment is Lily of The Valley which I then mounted onto a Lacy Circle nestie. I finished off with some gems and decorated the inside to compliment the front. Please take a look over at the Wee Stamps shop as there are some very cute images which Sylvia Zet has designed.
I have just put the finishing touches to a Wedding Anniversary card which I will blog tomorrow. I'm looking forward to spending the day with my crafty friend Eileen and her cute dogs Daisy & Holly. Please take a look over at their blogs as they are fab and they all get up to lots of mischief!!!!

Bye for now, please visit again soon

At last I can show you....

this lovely card I made for my very special friend Tina. It was her birthday on Wednesday 1st December but as the weather was bad I've only just been able to see her. She didnt mind her card being late cause she knew it would be gorgeous as usual!!

The image is a Sugar & Spice digi download from Charmed Cards & Crafts website coloured with Promarkers. Paper is from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I mat and layered the image and papers and then added stickles around the edges.
The insert was done with matching papers and again glittered. I added 2 special verses which really sum up our lovely friendship. A box was also made as the flowers made it a bit too bulky for an envelope.

I have also been busy in this snowy weather trying to get xmas cards completed. I had a little production line going as I was embossing on the Cuttlebug and cutting circles and scallops and colouring digi images. Will post the results this week. Im working for the next 2 days so will post after that.

Please leave any comments and thanks for visiting my blog.

Christmas...

Finally, the second card I made whilst crafting with Eileen on Thursday. The template used is for a circular card but I decided to put this on a square one and add some little extras!! The image is from Kenny K, the flowers are from Wild Orchid and the fancy papers are from Docrafts. Once I'd layered all the circular sections I used my Stickles to give a bit of bling around the edges.
Hope you like this, I think I need to make another one now!

Us crafters waste nothing!!!!

First of all I would like to thank my crafty friend Eileen. At a recent crop she was doing her usual brayering and stamping and decided that this pic was not good enough to use for what she wanted (she didnt like the spider!). The pic was going to be heading for the bin but I was cheeky and asked if I could have it to use. The credit goes entirely to Eileen for a wonderful pic, I just layered it onto some orange and black card and finished with a ribbon. I will be giving this to my neighbour as a birthday card as its her birthday the day before Halloween.
Please take a look at Eileen's blog http://eileenscraftyzone.blogspot.com as she does some lovely pieces of work.
This next card is one of 2 I managed to make at our crop today (inbetween chatting and laughing!!!). The image is a digi stamp from Kenny K. I coloured it with Promarkers and then cut out. I then mounted it on 2 oval nestabities. I added some gorgeous flowers which I bought from Wild Orchid Crafts (http://www.wildorchidcrafts.com), ribbon coloured with Promarkers and gems from my stash. I added some Stickles around the edge of the oblong blue layer and some dots on the scalloped parts of the ovals.
Thank you for coming and looking today. Please leave any comments you wish to make.
