....all is quiet with my darling children back at school and not here arguing and Im sitting in the garden catching some rays!!! Did start out crafting but it just got too hot and sticky so now Ive come back on the laptop and designed some backing papers for a couple of cards needed and googled for some anniversary ideas (which has been quite successful!!) Had an enjoyable day on Saturday at another new crop!! Managed to get a few cards done and time just flew by. Here are some pics of what I managed.
This is a card my friend ordered. Ive made a gatefold card and used a pyramage image from CUP. This was mounted onto card I embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and then of course finished with card candy!!
This next card was requested for a 40th birthday and needed to be to do with fishing. I found some Kanban pics I had in a male set and mounted these on top of card embossed with Swiss Dots again. Finished off with the greeting and candy. I felt the blue was just right to match the background in the pics.
This next card was also a request and has the name, weight and date of birth of baby. This design is also from CUP and after mounting I finished off with white organza ribbon and a couple of pink buttons.
Last but not least is another fairy card but this time in orange. I love this fairy and also this type of card. Im not sure what its called but where the fairy is mounted it is a small card mounted on the back of a large card. The right hand side of the card opens out also.
I must go now as want to look through some blogs before the school run and the sun is moving and Im not so need to slightly rearrange!!
Happy crafting xx

Apologies....
to anyone who has been unable to read my blog lately because of the colour change. It looked ok on my computer but was unreadable on others I have since found out. I have now changed it but things seem to have changed regarding layout and it seems to have gone to pot a bit and im going round and round in circles!! It is readable now I hope, so will try and amend things a bit further when I have a bit more time. Please leave any comments, thank you. Happy crafting xx

Something different to....
pyramage. At last I have pulled myself away from pyramage and having a little break from the great CUP site. These images are from Mos Digital Pencil or Karens Doodles and I just love colouring them.
I thought this first image was like so many of my lovely friends on here. How many of you can actually admit to sitting in your dressing gown looking at craft sites, blogs, facebook etc etc!!!
A lovely pirate suitable for any little boy! (Not sure where I got this image from, I think it was a freebie and not necessarily from MDP or KD)
Just love this image of a girl relaxing in a bubbly bath.
This little fairy is so cute and can be done in any colour. After colouring I added some glamour dust to her wings for an extra sparkle. This part of the card with the image on is actually a small card that opens out. (Got this idea off my mum!!) The plain blue part to the right also opens.
Will be doing another one of these cards at our wonderful crop at Allhallows tomoro. I've got lots to do so need to go and get some sorting out done otherwise I will be bound to forget something that I need! Its good tho as we all chip in with each other if we havent got anything. Will be taking some stamps along to try and sell also. They've been sitting in my porch waiting for the next bootfair but just cant get round to doing one at the moment!!! Please leave any comments about the cards, they are much appreciated xxx
PS. I am very pleased to say also that Karen from Karen Doodles has designed 2 images that I asked for. I was looking for an image suitable for someone passing their driving test. Karen came up with a male and a female one and they are brill. I will post pics on here as soon as she puts them into her shop because as of yet they havent been made available to the public and are not on her site or blog!!!
